The main objective of the present study is to evaluate the effect of om chanting and nadi shodhan pranayama on the psychological health of students. In this study experimental and controlled group design were used. 60 students between the ages of 11 and 15 years were selected from Gayatri Vidyamandir, Neemuch (MP) by systematic sampling method. In which 30 students were placed in the experimental group and 30 students were in the controlled group. Data collection was done by mental health scale. The experimental group was subjected to chant om and nadi shodhan pranayama  for 30 minutes in the morning for one month. The t-test was used for statistical analysis. In the results obtained from the study, it was found that the practice of pronunciation of om and nadishodhan pranayam has a positive effect on the mental health of the students.
