Srimad Bhagavadgita is a comprehensive treatise of psychological principles and the art of living a spiritual life, which explains the entire system of the mental spaces. At present, the importance of Gita is more; the human being today is stressed and restless due to the anxiety and internal conflicts. This inner conflict is the cause of vacuum in his overall psychological life. Excellence of conscience is the real yardstick of personality. The overall psychotherapeutic method of Srimad Bhagavad Gita is basically trinitarian (sattva, raja, tama). According to this principle, the three dimensions of body, mind and soul are intertwined. In case of any disease caught, these three levels get affected and its diagnosis and treatment are also based on it. In Bhagavad Gita, the methods of Karma, Jnana and Bhakti treat different dimensions of the personality (gross, subtle, reason). The Gita suggests solutions to the troubled conscience, anguished mind and to integrate the broken resolutions. In the presented paper, an attempt has been made to address the techniques of stress management by unveiling the underlying compounds and psychological esoteric mysteries and indications in the Gita.
