The tradition of Indian music has been prolonged from ages. Even after so many ages, there has been no change in the popularity of Indian music. Reason being the unique heritage of Indian Music, in which the immense ??spiritual practices of Vedic era reflect that has given music and dance the status of divine art and this divinity is so scientific that even today the entire world remains surprised and influenced by Indian music. The Vedic era is considered to be ancient in the cultural history of India. Indian Vedas are the valuable heritage of our civilization and culture, and are an incredible treasure of universality and wisdom of our Indian music. In the Indian Vedas, subjects like planet, constellation, deity, yagna, mantra chanting, song-music, dance, yoga-tapa, medicine, commerce, economics, mathematics, chemistry, astronomy etc. have been considered scientifically. The words 'dance' and 'music' have been used in many places in the Indian Vedas. The main three vowels used in music in Vedas, even-odd rhythms, mantra chanting, postures, veena-dundubhi etc., mixing of instruments, vocal styles, dance performance opportunities and atmosphere etc. are many subject aspects which make the scientificity of music in Vedas. Today, in the era of higher education, man gives logical and ideological thinking on every subject. He discovers the element of scientificity in mythological texts, scriptures, saga and explorations. Research and experiments are a reflection of this human tendency. The field of music is also full of research. The authenticity of music is undoubtedly relevant in the Vedas. The study of Vedas is necessary for further development and upliftment of Indian music in the future as Vedas are the foundation of Indian culture and are required to emerge as a great force in the music field all over the world.
