While ancient Indian ayurveda proves helpful in incorporating good health into the life, yoga is a unique art of bringing health and beauty into life. They both have completely different concepts. They do not suppress distortions or diseases, but finish them off, thereby eliminating the possibility of their return. Therefore, their various activities are being increasingly used for treatment and physical development. Panchakarma and shetkarma, which are parts of Ayurveda and Yoga respectively, help in purification and psychological balance of the body by eliminating the doshas from the body. Both of these aim to establish equilibrium in the Tridoshas by refinement. It is necessary to be familiar with the similarities and inequalities between them for proper use due to the theoretical combination of hetkarma with panchakarma.keeping the same objective, in this research paper a comparative study of Panchakarma and Shatkarma has been done on the basis of fundamental principles, facts and results of research investigation done so far, so that they can be properly used. Therefore, in this research paper, we have tried to show that there are some theoretical similarities between them because these two deeds establish balance by maintaining and eliminating the Tridoshas. In Panchakarma, medicine, mantra and yantra are used, while in shetkarma due to the use of water and salt, there also exists functional oddities between them, this study helps researchers for future research study and currently curious publick to understand its concept. . By making them familiar with the principles, which help them to understand it further.
