A skilled and ideal leadership is required in various domains. Today, the demand of the time is not of the extremist leaders, but of the leadership of such earnest teachers, who are relentlessly engaged in making persistent efforts to sow the seeds of awareness among the masses. There can be sabotage in anger and agitation that can create disturbances. Creation is not possible in such a situation. It requires intensive study for creation. It is not an easy task to raise the means of development and upliftment for the common man, then it is even more difficult to reverse the masses that have fallen rapidly. For this difficult mission, only some remarkable personality is needed. Acharya Shriram Sharma is one of them. He himself lived as an ideal leader, as well as he awakened this ability among many of the people. Acharya Shriram Sharma has awakened inspiration, light, abhyudaya, knowledge and science among the people through introducing Pragyaparivar, creating the literature of the era and the training ability of the university level. Not only this, he recovered those trapped and enabled them to support others as well. Such a leader has articulated the nature of leadership with the same skill. As a foundation of leadership, they give priority to such elements through which the transformation of the whole society becomes possible, such as the understanding of time, capable solutions and establishment of new values. To achieve these values, Acharya Shriram Sharma has laid out the main steps - rationality, authenticity, virtuousness and courage. Through these dimensions, Acharya ji's ideas bring out the concept of an ideal leadership for the present time.
